SPANISH MINISTRY

Maranatha is a mission-minded church. We strive to strengthen the family unit and to be a haven of love, encouragement, and acceptance for all people. Our surrounding community is growing to include a large Hispanic population. Our desire as a church is to reach those who God is bringing into our community. The focus of our Spanish Ministry is to accomplish this effectively. This ministry presents many opportunities to serve including the Translation Team to assist with translating the services from English to Spanish, as a Greeter, in sharing the Gospel as we canvas neighborhoods during Neighborhood Outreach, and through prayer. We enthusiastically welcome our Spanish-speaking brothers and sisters in Christ to join us as we spread the Good News of Jesus Christ and His unconditional love for people of every nation and tongue.

"For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.
